Phone Systems' Technical Support
We offer from basic to advance support Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm or After hours support 24 by 7.
Our technicians and consultants are ACIS, ACSS and APSS certified experts in the Avaya, Nortel and Mitel SMB/Enterprise phone systems. With hundreds of successful installations, enjoy knowing that the job will get done right the first time.
Cloud 9 Business Solutions is your Authorized Avaya and Mitel Partner. We offer onsite or remote technical support on all Avaya, Mitel and Avaya phone systems. We also provide support for the Networking router and switches Equipment.
Support is offered at the rates starting at $110 per hour for SMB and $175 for Enterprise.
Remote Support
- Based on 15 minute increments
- There may be a minimum 1/2 hr. charge for complex situations
- Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments
- You are only billed for the amount of time you utilize
Onsite Support
- Based on .5 hr increments
- There may be a minimum 2 hr. Charge for complex situations
- Trip charge of $50.00
- You are only billed for the amount of time you utilize.
